Maintenance

(1) When using a single-handle faucet, open and close it slowly, and do not close the double-handle faucet too tightly, otherwise the water stopper will fall off, causing it to be unable to close or stop the water.

(2) Wall-mounted shower faucets are generally more prominent, so be careful not to bump or press them when taking and placing items. In particular, the surface electroplating treatment of some brands of imported faucets is quite thick and cannot withstand hard objects. Therefore, when using, try to avoid contact with hard objects such as rings to avoid fatal injuries.

(3) When the water pressure is not less than 0.02mpa, if the water output is found to be reduced, it may be that the faucet is blocked. The solution is to use a wrench to gently unscrew the water spout screen cover at the water outlet of the faucet, clean the impurities and then carefully install it. Generally, it can be restored to its original state.

Cleaning

(1) The ideal cleaning technique is to rinse the faucet with clean water and then wipe away all moisture on the metal surface of the faucet with a soft cotton cloth, as the evaporation of moisture will form scale on the metal surface. Wipe gently, never rub vigorously. Wipe with a damp sponge and chamois to make the faucet shiny and bright.

(2) If a large amount of cleaning is required, it is best to use a mild liquid glass cleaner, or a non-acidic, non-abrasive mild liquid and completely dissolved powder. A non-abrasive solution polish can remove the rough surface film and deposits on the faucet. Do not use any abrasive cleaners, cloths or paper cloths, as well as any acid-containing cleaners, polishing abrasives or rough cleaners. After cleaning, remove all detergents with clean water and wipe dry with a soft cotton cloth.
