1. Common problems with faucets
(I) After the pull-up rod of the basin faucet drain is lifted, the basin cannot hold water
The basin drain ring is not sealed, and putty or silicone is injected into the bottom of the ring.

(ii) The water output of the faucet becomes smaller or the water output is bifurcated
Too many impurities in the water affect the normal operation of the bubbler. Unscrew the bubbler, soak it in vinegar and clean it, and then put it back on the faucet.
(iii) The water output of the basin faucet and kitchen faucet is small and does not bubble
The water pressure is low. Remove the faucet spout and replace the bubbler.
(iv) Leakage at the connection between the hose and the faucet
Improper installation, deformation of the rubber ring, replace the rubber ring and reinstall it.
(v) The faucet cannot be closed
Take out the valve core, remove the foreign matter, and replace the valve core if it leaks after installing the valve core.
2. Common problems of induction faucets
(i) The faucet cannot discharge water
Causes of failure: First: The sensing distance becomes shorter; Second: The battery is exhausted; Third: The sensing window is too dirty; Fourth: Water is cut off; Fifth: The filter is too dirty; Sixth: The pipeline is blocked; Seventh: The water pressure is not within the applicable range.
Corresponding solutions: First: wait for 2 minutes and use the remote control to reset the distance; second: replace new batteries; third: clean the sensor window; fourth: clean the filter; fifth: clean the pipeline; sixth: redesign according to the specification table.
(II) The faucet water flows continuously
Fault cause: First: the water pressure is not within the applicable range; second: the battery is exhausted.
Corresponding solutions: First: redesign according to the specification table; second: replace new batteries.
(III) There is still a small amount of water flowing after the faucet is turned off
Fault cause: First: the filter is too dirty; second: the water pressure is not within the applicable range.
Corresponding solutions: First: clean the filter; second: redesign according to the specifications.
(IV) The faucet water output is too small
Fault cause: the filter is too dirty.
Corresponding solutions: clean the filter.
