First, prepare the installation tools. Before installation, check whether the supporting parts are complete. Common faucet parts include: hose, rubber gasket, shower, drain, bend, decorative cap, etc.
1. Installation of single-hole basin faucet
When purchasing a single-handle basin faucet, you should pay attention to the diameter of the drain port. Most of the faucets on the market are hard pipe water inlet, so you should pay attention to the height of the reserved water inlet. 35 minutes from the basin down is appropriate. When installing, you must choose a special angle valve, and the angle valve must be fixed to the hot and cold water pipes on the wall. When you find that there is a distance between the angle valve and the faucet water pipe, go to buy a special extension pipe to connect. Remember, you must not use other water pipes to connect, because if the water pressure is high, it is easy to fall off and leak, causing losses to you. If the water inlet pipe is too long and exceeds the outlet pipe, you can cut off part of it according to your needs. If the angle is not suitable, you can bend it appropriately to the position you need as needed. Remember: Do not bend it hard to 90 degrees or more. When installing the basin drain, please do not forget to buy the small interface of the faucet (faucet short circuit). Please do not forget to flush the water pipes buried in the wall before you install.
2. Installation of shower and bathtub faucets (wall-mounted)
After you purchase a shower, bathtub, or wall-mounted faucet, you can select a suitable height to bury the outlet pipe. The distance between the hot and cold water pipes must be 15 cm. Before installation, you must not forget to flush the water pipes to avoid damage to the faucet due to hard water quality.
Concealed shower and bathtub faucets: After purchasing a concealed faucet, the valve core of the faucet should generally be pre-buried in the wall. Before pre-buried, you must pay attention to the thickness of the bathroom wall. If the wall is too thin, the valve core will not be able to be pre-buried. When pre-buried, do not remove the plastic protective cover of the valve core easily to avoid damage to the valve core by cement and other miscellaneous tasks during pre-buried. In addition, when pre-buried the valve core, you should also pay attention to the up and down, left and right directions of the valve core to avoid burying the valve core incorrectly. When the wall-mounted faucet is pre-buried in the water inlet pipe, the size is deviated, and the adjustable bend can be used for calibration.
3. Installation of thermostatic faucet
Before installing the thermostatic faucet, please check whether the water pipe is hot on the left and cold on the right. Remember not to install the hot and cold water pipes incorrectly to avoid the faucet not working properly. Gas and solar water heaters cannot use thermostatic faucets because the water pressure is too low. Please do not forget to install hot and cold water filters when installing thermostatic faucets.
4. Installation of single-hole kitchen faucets
Requires stability, because kitchen faucets are used frequently and are easily loosened when moved around, so the locking nut must be tightened. Some faucets on the market are fixed with screw tubes and enlarged nuts. This kind of stability effect is very good. If the problem of water removal and lifting can be solved, it will be a popular trend in the future.
Scope of application
Applicable to star-rated hotels, guesthouses, public places, hospitals, homes, etc. It is an ideal choice for you to pursue noble and elegant life!
Water pressure environment
In daily use, the water pressure from tap water is generally 3-5 kg, equivalent to 0.3-0.5Mpa. If the pressure exceeds 6 kg, it is high water pressure, and the human body feels uncomfortable when flushing. If the pressure is lower than 3 kg, it can be considered that the water pressure is low.
